Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – Immediate Opening

Location: Washington State Greater Seattle Area (Hybrid or Remote Options Available).

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000+ annually (DOE).

We’re looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join a growing team of passionate professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care, especially to clients impacted by trauma, stress, or life-altering events such as car accidents or chronic pain. This is a rare opportunity to walk into an established caseload, earn top compensation, and do what you do best—without drowning in admin work.

Comfortable working independently but eager to collaborate with a like-minded team.
Able to maintain accurate, timely documentation in EHR systems.

Bonus Points For:

Experience working with injury-related trauma, PTSD, or somatic symptoms.
Bilingual or culturally competent clinicians.
Interest in leadership, program development, or clinical training.
