This is a rare opportunity to walk into an established caseload, earn top compensation, and do what you do best—without drowning in admin work.

What We Offer:
  • Highly competitive pay with performance-based bonuses.
  • Flexible remote, hybrid, or in-clinic options.
  • Full admin support: scheduling, billing, credentialing—handled for you.
  • Access to consistent client referrals (injury recovery, trauma-focused, and general mental health).
  • Opportunities for clinical growth, consultation, and paid CEUs.
  • A supportive, therapist-first culture—we value your time, your license, and your sanity.

Who You Are:
  • Licensed in Washington State as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW, or Associate Counselor.
  • Passionate about helping clients heal, grow, and reclaim control.
  • Skilled in trauma-informed care, CBT, EMDR, or related modalities (preferred but not required).
  • Comfortable working independently but eager to collaborate with a like-minded team.
  • Able to maintain accurate, timely documentation in EHR systems.
  • Comfortable conducting therapy in English and Korean.

Bonus Points For:
  • Experience working with injury-related trauma, PTSD, or somatic symptoms.
  • Bilingual or culturally competent clinicians.
  • Interest in leadership, program development, or clinical training.
